Brake squeaking only in reverse?

Hey guys have a 2012 tiguan and the brakes squeak very loudly every morning as i reverse out my driveway pretty much from the time of purchase. VW replaced the original oem pads with a new type of oem pad (new part #) and the squeaking went away but came back after 5 months. I wish they would have also replaced the rotors.

Has anyone experienced this and if so what have you done? Again this is only experienced when the car is in reverse, not with normal breaking when driving forward.

I had the same problem on my 2010, but it was before the TSB. I got so fed up, I did a full brake job. Switched to HAWK ceramic pads (upgrade) and new rotors. That was at 12,000 KM. I am now at 101,000 KM, and have serviced (cleaned, lubed) the brakes twice in that time. I still have just over 1/4 brake life left. No more squeal.

On my recently-purchased 2013 Tiguan, I am getting morning squeaking both in reverse and forward until the car has been driven a few miles. The noise is a little annoying, but the real problem for me is that when this is occurring, the brakes are really sensitive (i.e., feels like an American car). Does anyone else have issues with sensitive brakes?

FWIW, the car was purchased one month ago as a CPO with about 16K miles. The rear pads look new. (My last two VWs, a 2002 New Beetle and a 2003 Passat, wore through the rear brakes much faster than the fronts, and I'm guessing that the Tiguan will do the same.)
